DESCRIPTION OF THE TRAINING:

In the life of commercial companies and even in that of entities that are generally not subject to the rules of public accounting, managers and other stakeholders in the value chain (suppliers, customers, company lawyers, human resources managers , etc.) wrongly reserve the use of financial information to only “insiders” (financial manager, accountant, auditor, internal auditor, etc.). However, the OHADA legislator draws the attention of non-financial executives, under the terms of the provisions of uniform acts relating to general commercial law, to commercial companies and to the economic interest grouping, to the importance of controlling financial information for all stakeholders. Thus, when it is well understood and the operating techniques are mastered, the financial information contained in the OHADA summary financial statements turns out to be a powerful management and decision-making tool in the hands of "Laymen" and non-financial executives.
